Friday Find/Love Affair--->Brookiellen

Happy Friday!

As some of you may know I have 3 precious babies, but when I found Brookiellen's shop for a minute...a minute.. I thought <big sigh> aww I'd like another baby.

My lil' guy (3) is growing so fast-- he didn't stay in diapers long.

So, when I saw these cute funky stylish diaper covers I thought,

"Where were these when my kiddos were in diapers?"

Umm... Yeah it's that freakin'cute!

Diaper covers fit over cloth diapers. The inner layer is waterproof PUL (polyurethane laminate) to keep baby dry and the outer layer is a 100% cotton print.

Don't have a baby? Thats cool... neither do I but I still found something for my big babies.

Friday Find/Love Affair Time...The Sweet Adventures of

SugarBelle

I have been following The Sweet Adventures of SugarBelle for a couple of weeks or so, and I have to say I love to see the creativeness that pops up on this sweet blog. I am so in love with the Angry Birds Cookies

My family and I are so obsessed with the game Angry Birds!! Our obsession is bad with this game....umm.... it's downloaded on our iPhone, iPad and the Nook--yikes!

So when I saw O_O these cookies I knew I had to show my kiddos, and guess who has to make them.?. Yup--> moi! D'oh-- I'm not sure when I make these cookies if they will look as amazing as SugarBelle's, but I'm gonna give it a try {{Fingers crossed}}

Thankfully SugarBelle offers 3 helpful tutorials on how to make these snarky little guys..

Fun Friday with the Kiddos

Well our Friday wasn't Fancy or all about ...................................

The Royal Wedding

Our Friday was a continuation of learning to reuse items. I wanted to reuse a cardboard box to help keep organized and clean. The box would be an in between box for traveling toys that end up downstairs.
The irony of this project

Unfortunately it's not a magic box that cleans tables and children.

I know these days are numbered-- where the kids and I will be able to take time out of the day to do these things : ( The kids will grow up and have their own lives... and I will miss painting and cleaning up paint.?. Fridays are always a fun day for us, we paint or do some fun activity. I still have the kids do some "school work" but Fridays we take time to have fun. Some people have asked why I do what I do (bake, paint, cook with the kids)or how I have patience (?)-- and I explain "Some day I won't have this-- I want to enjoy it while I can." I use to hate to hear the cliche' "They grow up so fast" But guess what-- it's true! Right now I may hate picking up socks and cleaning up messes, but there will be a day I will miss the messes. I love that our kitchen table is beat down-- its been used and used often. ~~Opps failed to mention I'm getting a new one.~~

Enjoy each other. My Friday Love Affair this week--> mommies and papas (daddies) that take the time to enjoy everyday with their babies. "You are doing a great job!"-- they will remember that. O~~r at least I hope they will.~~

Wordless Week- Friday

This week I have been wordless on this here blog. Apologies. I would love to keep your company--don't give up on me. I have had plenty to say over at my other gig .....

This week at T2T I worked on Prom Week. My Wordless Wednesday was suppose to be a picture of yours truly from my Prom. Turns out my scanner hates me! And back in the historic ages we didn't all have digital cameras-- so those pics are not saved on my computer--> thank goodness. Remember the days of the disposable.

"Does anyone have a camera?"

"Guess we'll have to get one at the Gas Station."

While looking for a good picture of prom I had to go through the Senior book--wow! It was kinda fun and kinda embarrassing. My husband looked through it with me.... awkward. Nevertheless it was good to see this old part of me. And if I can work things out with my scanner I will be posting a pic or two.
