For those of you who aren't familiar with #AskAwayFriday it's an amazing way to meet new bloggers, make friends and ask some questions to get to know them better! 10 questions are exchanged and answered on your partners blog, you can get as creative as you want and even get into our purses!
As always, tried and true we have the partners in crime, the ladies who created #AskAwayFriday...the wonderful Penny from The Real Housewife of Caroline County and Amber from Bold Fab Mom!!
Our co-hosts for the month of November are amazing so check them out!
Dean aka Mrs_AOK is pretty freaking amazing! She's been apart of #AskAwayFriday as long as it's been around I believe, which is pretty impressive! She's become a great friend to me and the other ladies involved in #AskAwayFriday each week and I'm super excited she's moving to the East Coast!
Next up is the wonderful Ophelia from LatinaMamaRama, we've really enjoyed her joining in on #AskAwayFriday, she always has some really insightful and beautiful things to say!
And last, but certainly not least is Sarah from Lomholt's Family...she's a really great gal from Iowa and I really enjoy our little chats, she's become a good friend and a friendly face each week on #AskAwayFriday! She's always up for exchanging with anyone and so friendly!
Okay, now that we've met everyone I'm going to add in a shameless plug on behalf of Penny & Mrs_AOK. If you haven't already sign up and join into the Holiday Nail Polish Swap & Giveaway! There are some awesome prizes and you get to exchange a polish with another blogger and build on friendships...use hashtag #HolidayColorSwap! The giveaway will be running from November 23rd to December 1st so remember to enter!
Now that we've got all the business out of the way, let's get into Week 15 of #AskAwayFriday!
*************
This week I have the absolute good fortune to swap Q&A's with Gracielle from Mommy A-Z.
If you don't know this sweet lady yet, please go check out her about page {trust me it's one of the best abouts ever!} and make sure you follow her on Twitter.
I 'met' Gracielle via Twitter-- I believe through the #SITSSharefest, which is where I've 'met' many of my bloggy friends :) #SITSstahs

Now onto the Q&A
1. You're moving away from Chicagoland?! Bummer that I just figured this out and we haven't met. What are you going to miss most about the Windy City?
Oh dear... there's plenty to miss...
Going down to Chicago is a treat, in retrospect... one that I believe we didn't take advantage of enough. I live in the Western Burbs-- and the commute to Chi-Town is a pain in the a**.
However I love the feeling... not the smell.. but the feeling of being downtown.
The sea of diverse culture, the people, the beautiful buildings, the lights, even the sounds; every time we visit downtown, I second guess our move to the burbs.... and then I watch the news..
2. You're on your way to South Carolina, but if you could move anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
This is a tough one, but I'm still in love with Austin, Texas!
{Source}
I love the Indie Charm, good food, and my parents, siblings, and a few of my friends still live in Texas.
3. You are definitely the hostess with the most-ess when it comes to linky parties! Did you host lots of parties in your home? If so, got any hosting tips?
Aww well thank you :)
Surprisingly-- I haven't held many parties here in my home. However, I did have a few get-togethers usually for the kiddos...
My hosting tips:
* Have fun
* Plan ahead {have things ready before the party}
* Hit-up the Dollar Tree!
* Hit-up the Dollar Tree!
Such as make your own pizza, decorate your own cupcakes, make a place mat or make your own play dough... those types of things. I shared a party here...
4. What are 3 things you would be devastated if you forgot to pack and bring with you?
Thankfully, we have movers! If the movers lost my family pictures, photo albums, or scrapbook or my computer which holds tons of family memories-- there would be HELL TO PAY!
However, we are road tripping to South Carolina- only taking what we need right away when we get there! I know, crazy but we love our smushy-face furbaby, so we have decided to drive to our new home.
If I forgot to pack my iPad, iPhone, or a couple framed photos I would be sad :(

5. What's the #1 thing on your Christmas wish list this year?
Should I go pageant-style?
Of course, I always wish for world peace and no more violence... {No really I do.. I've blogged about it}
However, I'm just hoping for a nice Christmas for the kiddos.
This will be their first Christmas in a new place, we'll be living in corporate housing without all our belongings, and special Christmas trinkets...

6. Was it easy or hard to go from 2 to 3 kids in the family? (going from 1 to 2 kids was HARD, but I've heard mixed reviews from people who have 3 kids)
Hmm...
I think for my situation it was easy at first. The girls would spend time playing peacefully, and helping me.
Now, that the kids are getting older, sometimes it seems a bit harder; only because I want to give all three of them attention.
Oh and more thing... when three kiddos get together, and as much as they can love and be kind to one another; the fighting.... ack! I could do without all the fighting!!

7. What's one piece of advice for blog success?
Yikes, I still don't know if I would consider myself blog-success-advice-worthy...
I think for me it's building bonds and making sure to nourish those bonds.
* Bonus advice from a not-so-big-time-blogger:Be YOU! Authentic you... no need to change up who you are for the sake of your blog...

8. What keeps YOU motivated to continue blogging?
This blog is powered by love from my friends, readers, and supporters. I keep this blog going for them + the sanity I get here... it's my place to store the randoms in my head :)

9. I know you're a #PSLGangsta, but what is your favorite holiday Starbucks beverage?
I love a good soy Caramel Bruelee Latte!
Also, Starbucks has a Thanksgiving blend-- that I've been brewing here at home and I LOVE IT!!
Well... as of late I've become a #RedCupGangsta :)
